  3. Remove the Toner Cartridge
    • Carefully pull out the toner cartridge and drum unit. Place them on a clean, flat surface to avoid spills or damage.
  4. Access the Fuser Unit

    • Carefully unplug any connectors attached to the fuser unit. Note where each connector goes for easy reassembly.
  6. Remove the Fuser Assembly
    • Gently pull the fuser unit out of the printer. Be cautious of any hot surfaces, especially if the printer was recently in use.
  7. Locate the Pressure Roller
    • Inside the fuser unit, locate the pressure roller. It may be secured with clips or screws.
  8. Remove the Old Pressure Roller
    • Carefully unclip or unscrew the old pressure roller and gently pull it out of its housing.
  9. Clean the Fuser Unit (Optional)
    • While you have access to the fuser unit, wipe it down with a soft cloth to remove any toner residue or dust.
  10. Install the New Pressure Roller
    • Take the new pressure roller and insert it into the fuser unit, ensuring it fits securely and aligns properly.
  11. Reconnect the Fuser Unit
    • Plug in any connectors that were disconnected earlier, ensuring they are secure. Replace the fuser unit back into the printer.
  12. Reinstall the Toner Cartridge
    • Carefully insert the toner cartridge and drum unit back into the printer, ensuring they are seated correctly.
  13. Close the Printer Cover
    • Close the front cover securely.
  14. Power On the Printer
